Atikokan Centennial Museum and Heritage Park
Situated on the winding Atikokan River, the Atikokan Centennial Museum and Heritage Park exhibits the unique history of the area. Featuring local history exhibits, regional rock samples, a 12000 year old Barren Ground Caribou antler found at the bottom of Steep Rock Lake, and the Shevlin-Clarke logging locomotive.
Cedar Falls Conservation Trails
The Cedar Falls Conservation Trails are located at the east end of Broome Road in O’Connor Township. The area offers 2 km of trails with easy terrain and a majestic view of the Cedar Falls Waterfall.

The Canada Games Complex features a 77-meter pool with a slide and diving tower, saunas & whirlpools, a weight room with three multi-training areas, a jogging track, 4 squash courts, specialty programming, change rooms, babysitting facilities and wheelchair-accessible feature. The Canada Games Complex is the perfect place to work on your exercise goals or find a group/club and build your community while focusing on your health!

Butterfly Lake Boat Launch
Municipal boat launches are maintained and operated by the Sioux Lookout Recreation and Culture Department. Whether you are fishing off the dock, launching a boat or just parking, all Municipal Boat Launches require a parking permit.
