County Park
County Park is a spacious recreational area that offers a variety of outdoor activities for visitors of all ages. The park boasts a large green space, perfect for picnicking, sports, or leisurely strolls. Families can enjoy the splash pad, a fun and refreshing spot for children to play on warm days, as well as a well-equipped playground featuring climbing structures and swings. For those interested in sports, the park includes tennis courts where players can enjoy friendly matches, as well as a skatepark designed for skateboarders of all skill levels. The skatepark features two levels, equipped with a pyramid, rails, and boxes, providing plenty of challenges for those looking to showcase their skills. Conveniently located behind Our Lady of Charity School, County Park is an ideal destination for community gatherings, recreational activities, and family outings.

Cooper Park
Cooper Park winds along the Wabigoon River in Dryden. The park follows the river and connects to a boardwalk path which, in turn connects to downtown. It is a focal point for many events such as the Cooper park Music Series and the Canada Day Triathlon. There is also volleyball courts and a place to launch your boat onto the Wabigoon River.
Coney Island Park
Coney Island, only accessible by boat in the summer, is just a short boat ride from downtown Kenora. This beach on Lake of the Woods has a playground, concession stand, public docks, a large grassy area for many outdoor sports, and a shelter for picnics. It is also home to the "Maybe Annual" Coney Island Music Festival. Shuttles to the beach are offered from the Kenora Habroufront docks.
Cochenour Beach
Cochenour Beach is the perfect place to spend the day on a sunny summer day featuring a large sand beach with a covered picnic area and a fabulous view of McKenzie Island, spend the day swimming, laughing and relaxing. There is also access to a boat launch.
Cochenour Arena
The Cochenour Arena has a standard ice surface, a heated rink-side seating area, five dressing rooms and a large lobby with a concession booth. The arena offers a strong community of recreational and commercial hockey leagues for men, women and children. It is also home to the Balmertown Figure Skating Club, offering a variety of ice skating lessons for skaters of all levels, both recreation and competitive opportunities. Sir Winston Churchill Community Pool
The Sir Winston Churchill Community Pool offers recreational swimming, fitness classes, swimming lessons, birthday parties and group rentals. The pool is 25 meters long and 5 lanes wide, it also features a diving board. The facility also offers a swirl pool for the younger swimmers, a sauna, an accessible lift and 2 accessible family change rooms.
