The Emo Calvary Baptist Church invites anyone, no matter their background or experience as followers of Jesus, to join their service every Sunday morning at 10:30 am to study God’s word, the bible, together. Sunday School for ages 3 – adult takes place every Sunday during the school year from 9:30-10:15 am.

Emmanuel Anglican/United Church is committed to fostering a loving and friendly community where individuals can come together to worship God and serve one another. Our congregation values the teachings of the Bible, and we prioritize following the example set by Jesus Christ in our daily lives. We invite everyone to join us for our Sunday services, which begin at 10:00 a.m. During these services, we engage in meaningful worship through prayer, music, and scriptural readings. Additionally, we celebrate communion every second Sunday of the month, offering our members and visitors a chance to participate in this important sacrament that signifies our unity in faith.

The Edward Wellington Backus Mural was the first heritage mural in Fort Frances. It was created by artist Brian Romangnoli and depicts industrialist E.W. Backus. The mural can be found on the west wall of the CIBC building at 203 Scott Street

The Ear Falls Waterfront Park is located on Waterfront Road, just off of Highway 105 as you come into town. The park provides a covered picnic area, a beach with a large swimming dock, a beach volleyball court, public washrooms, a large greenspace and the historic “Patricia” freight boat.

Ear Falls Sportsplex is an outdoor recreation area with two baseball diamonds, year round washrooms, a covered picnic/barbeque area and a lighted tobogganing hill.

During the winter months, the Centre transforms into a vibrant hub of activity with a spacious ice rink that hosts a variety of sports and recreational events. Whether it's a thrilling game of broom-ball, an intense hockey match, graceful figure skating, or lively public skating sessions, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The rink also accommodates drop-in hockey, welcoming players of all skill levels. As the seasons change and summer arrives, this versatile space pivots to cater to a different array of activities. The ice rink gives way to courts for basketball, shuffleboard, carpet bowling, badminton, and floor hockey, inviting the community to engage in friendly competition and leisure. Additionally, the Centre boasts a fully-equipped fitness centre, accessible 24 hours a day for those looking to stay active. Featuring a wide range of cardio equipment and a selection of free weights, the fitness centre offers the perfect environment for a rewarding workout, whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey.

Lion's Park is a great area to stop and take a break with the children. Offered is a playground with sandbox.
