1. General Camp Work/Dockhand – Manotak Lodge (Perrault Falls, ON)

  • Description: Seasonal full-time position at a 4-star resort. Duties include assisting guests, maintaining boats and fish house (must know how to operate boat/motor), cleaning fish (must know how to fillet fish), lawn maintenance, and general camp work such as garbage collection and lawn maintenance. The positions would NOT be limited to the duties above. Carpentry and maintenance skills are a bonus. Must have valid driver's license. Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.

2. Server/Housekeeper – Manotak Lodge (Perrault Falls, ON)

  • Description: Work as a server for breakfast and dinner, help bussing tables, prepare packed lunches etc, assist with housekeeping duties and changeover on Saturdays, laundry etc and provide exceptional customer service. Valid driver’s license required. Must be physically able to complete all required job duties efficiently.

3. Dock Hand/Maintenance/Guest Servcices – Winoga Lodge (Sioux Lookout, ON)

  • Description: Daily routine of garbage collection from cabins, cleaning boats, working on cabins, bagging ice, transporting guests to main lodge and remote outpost camps, flying to remote outpost camps to open and maintain through the season, bear baiting, maintaining portage trails, cleaning fish and packaging fish from daily guide trips, checking guests in and out of cabins, cutting grass and maintaining docks, hauling gas and propane.

7. Camp Housekeeper – Black Moose Outposts (Red Lake, ON)

  • Description: Your key role will include cleaning, preparing, and maintaining cabins - for our new guest arrivals - during a short guest turnover window. You will also assist with minor maintenance and transport supplies and luggage to remote outposts via floatplane. It requires flexibility, as you will need to be comfortable with a variety of fast-paced housekeeping and general labourer tasks, flexible working days, and flying to various work locations on short floatplane flights. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. May-October.

8. Camp Cook – Black Moose Outposts (Red Lake, ON)

  • Description: Plan and cook meals for guests at remote outposts, manage inventory, and assist with general camp upkeep. This position requires flexibility, as you must be comfortable with various culinary, hospitality and general labourer tasks, flexible seasonal working weeks, customer service excellence, and flying to an outpost and staying on site. Participate in minor camp and equipment maintenance and general property upkeep as needed. Assist with supplies and luggage transport. Work alongside housekeepers and pilots to load and unload supplies, luggage, and equipment. May-October.

9. Housekeeper/Cleaning/Cabin/Server – Bow Narrows Camp (Red Lake, ON)

  • Description: Depending on experience, you will be responsible for or assist with some or all of the following: cabin cleaning/kitchen cleaning, lifting 22kg repeatedly at times, unloading gear and supplies, participating in training programs, pitching in with other camp activities, and working at a remote location for 4-5 months. Internet access is limited. There is access to a camp phone.

10. Housekeeper (1-2 positions) – Browns’ Clearwater West Lodge (Atikokan, ON)

  • Description: Come work in the "Caribbean of the North" and enjoy breathtaking NW Ontario while working to provide a safe and clean place for guests. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment. As required, occasional outdoor maintenance and other tasks (e.g. raking, sweeping, painting). Previous experience is preferred but not required. Will train. Staff housing is available.

11. Cabin Cleaner/General Worker – Lumberjack Lodge (65 km north of Ignace on Hwy 599)

  • Description: Cabin cleaning/kitchen cleaning, as well as cleaning lodge and public areas. General help and pitching in with tasks around camp (e.g. sweeping, painting, watering plants). Some lifting and walking. Flexible work days (30+ hours per week), mandatory Saturdays. Lodging provided and/or help with gas to and from the lodge. Internet provided. Would also consider couples.

  • Description: Guide moose hunters. Guides can work any or all weeks. Guide through the main camp or one of our outpost camps.

  • Description: Positions are available at Moose Creek, Bobby's Sport Shop, Shell, and Bobby's Bites. Please specify if you are interested in working Bobby's Sport Shop/Shell (same) or at Moose Creek Trading or the Food Truck (Bobby's Bites). 21. Grounds, Maintenance, Guiding, Guest Transportation  – Wildewood on Lake Savant (Savant Lake, ON)

  • Description: We’re hiring two adventurous individuals—perfect for a couple—to join us for the season (mid-May to early October, with flexibility for students). This on-site, remote role involves transporting guests/supplies via off-road vehicles, guiding fishermen, giving lake orientations, maintaining grounds and boats, doing minor repairs, and ensuring guests have a great experience. Requirements: high school diploma, hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, the ability to live and work well with coworkers and supervisors, have experience fishing for fish species of NW Ontario, ability to operate boats and off-road vehicles such as UTVs, be able to operate power tools, able to lift heavy objects. Should have a passion for fishing, the outdoors and tolerate living in a remote location. Candidates must have a positive attitude, attention to detail, be outgoing, and focused on customer satisfaction. Occasionally, you will be required to work long days and up to 60 hours per week (contract includes overtime pay). Previous resort experience is preferred but not required. *Assets (not required): mechanical experience and ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain small engines. First aid and CPR training are also desirable. *Position available only to those legal to work in Canada.

  • Compensation: $1,200-$1,400 per week. Lodging (private room), Wi-Fi and food are provided, and those working the whole season receive one week of paid vacation. In their free time, employees can use resort equipment for recreation on Lake Savant and the surrounding area.

  • Description: We’re hiring two adventurous individuals—perfect for a couple—to join us for the season (mid-May to early October, with flexibility for students). This on-site, remote role involves cleaning cabins and common areas, laundry and light housekeeping, guest check-in, phone/email communication, organizing guest pickups and bait orders, occasionally transporting guests/supplies via UTV, baking treats for guests and ensuring they feel welcome *Position available only to those legal to work in Canada. Qualifications: high school diploma, valid driver’s license with good driving record, positive, outgoing attitude and attention to detail, comfortable working in a remote setting and with a team, customer service focused, experience in cleaning or hospitality is an asset, ability to operate UTVs is a plus (training provided).

  • Compensation: $1,000-$1,150 per week. Lodging (private rooms), Wi-Fi and food are provided, and those working the whole season receive one week of paid vacation. In their free time, employees can use resort equipment for recreation on Lake Savant and the surrounding area. Some long days (up to 60 hrs/week, with overtime pay)

23. Dock Attendant/Lodge Helper – KaBeeLo Lodge (Remote Flyout Camp near Ear Falls, ON)

  • Description: Work directly with the lead/primary dock hand, greet guests on the dock & attend to group arrival/departures, load & unload float-planes, refuel aircraft, carry luggage, outboard motors, gas cans and propane tanks, mix gas, maintain the grounds (grass cutting, weed whipping, garbage collection), general repair/maintenance at lodge & outpost camps, coordinate supplying live bait, clean minnow tanks & boats. Other duties: Assist with bear bait (create stands, prepare, set and maintain bait sites), and collect garbage daily. Dump runs. Fillet fish & fishing guide is ideal (per diem extra for this service). Other duties as required may include washing kitchen dishes and mopping. Carpentry experience a plus. Requirements: Avid interest in the outdoors, ability to work independently, valid driver's license - clean record, capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 100 lbs), self-directed, and easily adaptable to busy and slow times. Be comfortable interacting with guests and staff in a small work environment. This is a fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and requires manual dexterity. It involves sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling. KaBeeLo has a ZERO tolerance for drug use/abuse &/or excessive drinking and activities that negatively impact work functions and camp performance.

  • Compensation: Base salary ~$4132/month, established based on experience + tips + room and board (taxable benefit). 6 days/week, ~ anywhere from 8-12 hr days. Longer days/weeks will be compensated with extra pay or time off.
