• Fly-in Access: Walleye Lake Outpost is accessible by float plane only, depart from Kenora Air Services docks in one of our traditional heritage bush planes. Sit back and relax while enjoying the beautiful sights and scenery Northwestern Ontario has to offer during the short 15-minute flight into Walleye Lake!
• Cabin Rentals (Housekeeping): Walleye Lake Outpost offers two deluxe 2 bedroom cottages. Cottages were built with comfort in mind equipped with carpeted bedrooms, screened-in porches, full kitchen facilities, and solar lighting washrooms with hot and cold running water.
• Outpost: Walleye Lake Outposts offers two deluxe 2-bedroom cottages located on Walleye Lake. Book your stay at Eagle Nest Lodge which is located on a remote island or at Two Loon Lodge located on a remote point surrounded by water. Eagle Nest and Two Loon are located over a mile apart, ensuring guests the remoteness they are looking for.
• Walleye: Located on Walleye Lake our outpost is the only outfitter on the lake offering the best fishing in Ontario. Up here walleye fishing heats up in the spring and the prime action continues into the summer months giving guests the opportunity to catch some quality fish.
• Northern Pike: Our outpost offers some of the finest northern pike fishing in Ontario, being the only outfitter on the entire lake allows our guests sole access to the abundant numbers of northern pike that can be found in Walleye Lake
• Smallmouth Bass: Smallmouth bass can be found in large numbers from June through August. Our outpost on Walleye Lake provides guests with a remote fishing experience and access to the most active morning and sunset bites. Smallmouth on Walleye lake can be caught midday by targeting areas near the shore with underwater structures.
