Husky the Muskie
“Husky the Muskie” is a large replica of a Muskie fish and is a nationally known symbol for the City of Kenora. The statue was constructed in 1967 and later re-built in 1995 to its original state. The fish is 40 feet tall, weighs 2.5 tons and is located in McLeod Park proudly displayed at the most northern extremity of Lake of the Woods.

Historic Train Station
The Historic Train Station located at 53 Front Street in Sioux Lookout is a large two-and-a-half-storey station constructed in 1911. The station underwent upgrades in 1937 which dramatically altered the appearance of the building, the exterior was refinished in a timber and stucco design. The exterior of the building and the scenic character of the property are protected by an Ontario Heritage Trust conservation easement. The station is also recognized federally under the Heritage Railway Stations Protection Act.
Hilldale Lutheran Church (ELCIC)
The Hilldale Lutheran Church (ELCIC) welcomes all seeking a closer relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. Services are on Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m. (English) and 11:00 a.m. (Finnish), and typically, once a month, a bilingual service is held at 10:00 a.m. Following the service, join the congregation for coffee and pulla (Finnish coffee bread), which is served with great conversation and fellowship.
Hillcrest Park
Hillcrest Park offers one of the best views of the harbour and the famous Sleeping Giant. The park also features a floral display called the "Sunken Gardens", a military monument and children's playground.

Heron Landing Golf Course
Heron Landing is owned by Couchiching First Nation. It's challenging golf and scenic vistas in one package. We offer an 18-hole, par 72 championship golf course. As reviewed on Trip Advisor: "Heron Landing can be played championship tough or nice and easy - just choose from one of four tee boxes. The greens are immaculate, smooth, and hold a well struck shot. Several holes on the course wind along either side of Frog Creek and Rainy Lake - very scenic! The rest of the holes are cut through the boreal forest."
Heath Park Pool
The Heath Park Pool is open seasonally during the summer. The outdoor pool features a 33-meter pool, a slide, stair entry, and free parking. Toonie swimming lessons are offered Wednesdays and Fridays from 11:00-11:45 a.m. starting July 3rd and are taught by Lifesaving Society-qualified instructors.
Jarnel Contracting Pavilion
The Jarnel Contracting Pavilion is centrally located along Bernier Dr, featuring exceptional views of the Kenora Harbourfront. The Pavilion is Kenora’s main stage for many events including farmers markets, fishing tournaments, live entertainment, and a wide variety of other community events. Adjacent to the Pavilion you will find a tourist information booth where you can purchase tickets for events and grab all the local information you could need.
