The Big Grassy River First Nation proudly presents its Annual Traditional Pow Wow, a vibrant celebration dedicated to honouring the Mothers of Murdered and Missing Indigenous Women. This heartfelt event not only pays tribute to the lives lost but also fosters community solidarity and awareness.

Join us for warm-ups on Friday at 7:00 PM, followed by the Grand Entry, which will take place on both Saturday and Sunday at 1:00 PM and again at 7:00 PM. The pow wow features exciting competitions, including the Jr. and Sr. Brave and Princess Pageants, showcasing the talents and spirit of our youth. Throughout the event, we will serve delicious breakfast and supper daily, ensuring everyone has the energy to enjoy the festivities.

For those looking to immerse themselves in the experience, on-site camping is available, making it easy to connect with friends, family, and fellow attendees. Additionally, we are pleased to offer an honorarium for all registered singers and dancers who contribute their talents to this meaningful celebration.
