Pakwash Park is an excellent destination for those travellers looking a natural experience with all the comforts of home. The campground and day use areas include running water, toilets, showers, laundry facilities and electrical hookups at some sites. Anglers will find a conveniently located fishing cleaning station next to the boat launch which includes tables, running water and lights. Nature Trail is 5.1 km (2 hours) with moderate terrain.

The day use area includes and long spanning sandy beach with warm shallow waters with is perfect for a picnic fun in the sun getaway with the whole family.

Individuals will cross a marsh, pass a beaver pond, and walk through woods along this nature trail. Nine interpretive stops along the way explain the flora and fauna.
