Pine Cliff Lodge is the only lodge located on 10,000 acre Big Sandy Lake – a cold, clear, secluded lake with no other commercial access. Pine Cliff anglers often feel they have the entire lake to themselves and likely won’t encounter another boat throughout a day of fishing.
Big Sandy Lake is known for thriving populations of large, mature northern pike, smallmouth bass and lake trout. Thanks to a bounty of baitfish and catch-and-release conservation efforts, anglers at Pine Cliff Lodge enjoy trophy fishing at its finest. Yellow perch and whitefish are also available for anglers who enjoy a variety of fishing experiences.
All fishing packages include 20-foot center-console Xpress boats, loaded with top-of-the-line equipment – NO UPGRADE FEES. Lifelong fishermen and beginning anglers alike enjoy the self-guided experience offered at Pine Cliff Lodge.

- Smallmouth Bass: Big Sandy Lake is known to be an extraordinary fishery and the smallmouth here live up to those standards, in fact many fisherman refer to our sallies as "footballs" due to their size.
- Lake Trout: Lake trout fishing at Pine Cliff offers a leisurely trophy-fishing experience. Lakers here average 28-29 inches so its not uncommon for first-time anglers to find their names on the trophy list.
- Black Bear: We offer a limited number of hunts annually, ensuring all guests that book a bear hunt with us receive optimal quality and attention increasing their opportunity at a successful hunt.
