Kingfisher Resort is a friendly, drive-in family operated camp located at the falls on Lake Wabaskang in Northwestern Ontario. We have an extensive, loyal repeat customer base of experienced fishing anglers. All the guests look forward to our season-long fishing contest.

Our 10 cabins are all modern, comfortable and clean. Our boats are 16' Naden and Lund fishing boats, equipped with comfortable seats and powered by 20hp or 25hp Yamaha motors.

Key Features

  • Cabin Rentals (Housekeeping): Kingfisher Resort features ten cottages which are large by industry standards. The cottages are fully modern with all the comforts of home.
  • Walleye: This channel location is ideal for walleye. You can usually catch walleye without leaving sight of your cottage.
  • Northern Pike: The river and falls have a lot of boulders, weeds and oxygenated water which makes this a great spot to catch northern pike.
  • Lake Trout: The water through the first narrows is where we do most of the trout fishing. The water here can reach 100 feet in depth and is crystal clear.
  • Perch: For kids, the camp and dock area is sheltered out of the wind and a great spot to catch perch.
  • Smallmouth Bass: Through the first narrows, there is excellent bass fishing. Travel time from camp is just 30 minutes.
