Wabaskang Lake is located on the west side of Highway 105, north of Perrault Falls. Wabaskang Lake covers in excess of 15,000 acres and has over 105 miles of shoreline. It is best known for its diversified structure, which makes it very conducive to great walleye, northern pike and striped perch fishing. It also has lake trout and small mouth bass in it. Being part of an ongoing creel study by the MNR - a study that keeps us all informed of the health of the fishery - enables us to make it a sustainable resource for all to enjoy. Wabaskang Lake is part of the Cedar River Watershed, which is in a unique position to soon become a world class fishery.
