We are located at the North end of Sturgeon Lake Ontario in the pristine wilderness of Northwest Ontario. Family owned we are proud to provide our guests with excellent fishing and hunting opportunities as well as pristine furnished cabins equipped with free WIFI and boat rentals available.
Part of what makes Trappers Point Camp so unique is the fact that Trout Creek flows into Sturgeon Lake right past our cabins and brings with it a source of cold, stained, fast-running water favored by walleye looking to spawn on Sturgeon Lake in the spring. Our location provides the best walleye, lake trout, and northern pike fishing in the area!

- Walleye: Our cabins are located in the best possible location for walleye fishing on Sturgeon Lake with walleye spawning in huge numbers right off the cabin shorelines.
- Northern Pike: Our location on Sturgeon Lake produces a large population of healthy-sized northern pike, with many reaching well into the trophy-size range.
- Lake Trout: Sturgeon Lake provides excellent habitat for Lake Trout with several deep pools located throughout. These fish are able to thrive within an exceptional habitat.
- Black Bear: Experience a thrilling hunt while hunting our private bear management unit. With only a small number of spots per season, we set our hunters up for success.
