    Chippewa Park spans 270 acres (110 hectares) and is beautifully nestled along the shores of Lake Superior. This picturesque park is the perfect destination for a delightful day with family. Visitors can relax on the sandy beach, enjoy the charm of a historic carousel, and thrill at the various amusement rides. A beautifully restored pavilion from the 1930s adds a touch of nostalgia, while numerous picnic areas invite families to gather and savor a meal amidst nature. The park also boasts an animal park, RV camping facilities, scenic campsites, and well-maintained walking trails that beckon outdoor enthusiasts to explore its natural beauty.

    Oscar's Bay Beach Park

    At the end of Frenchman's Rock Road is Oscar's Bay Beach Park. The park offers access to day-use facilities, including a beach, playground, walking trails, shelter, grill, picnic tables, and restrooms.

    Anicinabe Park

    Anicinabe Park located close to Kenora’s downtown features a full-service campground with over 100 sites suitable for trailers or tents, as well as a public sand beach with a protected swimming area, a wooden dock walkway connecting both shores, a playground, change rooms, BBQ pits & shelter, and a small concession. This park is accessible by vehicle as well as boat as there are docking spaces available. Here you will also find a public boat launch with parking for your vehicle and trailer. Anicinabe Park is the perfect place to enjoy a summer's day by the water!

    Assabaska Ojibway Heritage Park

    Assabaska Ojibway Heritage Park offers beautiful natural scenery and a relaxing place to take in all that nature has to offer. Offering a campground, teepee and canoe rentals, laundry facilities, a boat launch, a small store for sundry items and traditional crafts as well as washrooms with shower facilities this is the perfect place to spend a weekend relaxing and disconnecting. If the above wasn’t enough the park also features spectacular sand beaches, picnic areas with shelters, hiking trails, horseshoe pits, and fishing cleaning shelters. A variety of programs that focus on the lifestyles and cultural heritage of the Anishinabe people also take place within the park.

    Bass Lake Park

    Bass Lake Park is a public recreational park with a variety of activities to enjoy. The park includes a baseball field, playground, beach with volleyball sand court, picnic shelter, barbecue pit, outhouse bathrooms and hiking trails.

    Point Park

    Located on the shores of Rainy Lake, Point Park is the perfect location to enjoy countless hours of relaxation, recreation, fishing, swimming, and even some camping. Located on the park's office building you will find a map outlining all the outstanding amenities featured throughout the park, including tenting areas, RV campground, a beautiful sandy beach, playground, horseshoe pits, showers, barbecues, and restrooms. While exploring the beauty of the park be sure to stop and get an iconic picture in the 'Big Chair'. Docking is available within a mile from the park at Sorting Gap Marina as well as numerous stores, sports fields, ball diamonds, and other park areas.
