Do you want to see the lake up close? Try renting a canoe, kayak or a paddleboard. You can plan a multi-day canoe trip into a wilderness area or just rent a canoe for the day. 

For a different perspective, rent a SUP (stand up paddleboard). Paddle your way around the lake and enjoy the scenery. If you like more action, rent a wakeboard and head out in the boat for some fun.

If you are staying at a resort, some of the lodges offer canoes either to rent for a fee or some are included in the lodge package.
