Carroll Lake is a widening of the Gammon River System and is located in Woodland Caribou Park. The lake is 10 miles wide and up to 70 feet deep. Enjoy seeing eagles, caribou, bear, moose, and five beautiful waterfalls!
Fishing Carroll Lake
Carroll Lake is a great walleye and northern pike fishing, yielding high numbers and several trophies annually. Walleye average 1-3 pounds and Northern average 3-7 pounds. A nearby portage lake offers excellent lake trout fishing. Fish 22 miles of water, speckled with hundreds of islands and productive reefs. There are two outpost cabins on Carroll Lake.
