Indianhead Lodge

Why You'll Love It

Lake of the Woods has over 14,000 islands and 65,000 miles of shoreline. You can access this incredible body of water from our modern lodge located right on the lake. Indianhead Lodge is a remote, family-run resort that offers a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. We provide a wide range of activities and services and host vacations for families, fishing enthusiasts and couple getaways. The fishing is great, with many varieties to please all of you fishing buffs including walleye, smallmouth bass, northern pike and muskie to name a few.

The breathtaking scenery sets the mood for hiking, exploring and photography on our miles of nature trails or on one of the many crown land islands. Our sandy beach is wonderful for kids, with lots of sand toys and a waterslide mounted on a raft. We have volleyball, badminton, tether ball and a paddle boat that you are free to use. Lake of the Woods is a vast lake and provides boating opportunities from canoeing to a full range of power boating.
