The Sunset Country travel region in Ontario has a very healthy population of timber wolves. These are very intelligent and cautious animals so they are not easy to hunt. You will need to use all your skills and draw on your experience if you are going to be successful. We recommend that you use an experienced hunting guide. This will dramatically increase the likelihood of harvesting an animal and save you a lot of work at the same time. Hunts are most often done in the winter and you will be hunting from a ground blind along the shoreline of a frozen lake.
