Cedar Lake is easily accessible just off Highway 105 north of Vermilion Bay and south of Perrault Falls. The 6500 acre lake has more than 61 miles of shoreline and an average depth of 20'. Take the Cedar River north to Perrault Lake, which gives you access to nine additional lakes to fish.

Cedar Lake Fishing

Cedar Lake (part of the Cedar River Watershed) is a horseshoe shaped wilderness lake near Perrault Falls and is approximately 16 miles long with depths of a few feet to deep honey holes of 40-50 feet covering 6500 acres. It is semi-stained and with its many weed beds, rocky shorelines, and sunken reefs it offers some of the best fishing in Northwest Ontario. Cedar and Perrault Lakes are primarily made up of bays, islands, and channels, so even on a windy day, you can go fishing. You will find six major species in Cedar Lake: walleye, northern pike, smallmouth bass, jumbo perch, muskie, and crappie. Cedar Lake is rated as one of Ontario's top musky lakes and now has a 54" minimum length.

Cedar Lake Resorts

Just north of Vermilion Bay and south of Perrault Falls is Cedar Lake. It's easily accessed just off Highway 105. There are lodges on Cedar Lake as well as some on Perrault Lake which is attached to Cedar.
