Agimak Lake is located in Ignace, Ontario and is a typical Canadian Shiled lake offering excellent fishing and recreational opportunities. There is a large beach for swimming located right in town and if you want to fish, walleye, smallmouth bass, northern pike and perch. There is a public boat launch located on the north end of the lake so getting your boat in the water is easy.

With a public boat launch right in the town of Ignace, Agimak Lake is easy to fish. Be prepared to catch lots of golden-colored walleye, big northern pike and feisty smallmouth bass. The lake offers many sheltered bays and rocky structure which create ideal habitats for fish.

There are resorts on the lake and the air base for Ignace Outposts is located on Agimak. You can also stay in town at a hotel or area campground if you want to enjoy the great fishing and swimming this lake offers. There are two beautiful public beaches on Agimak - West Beach and Agimak Beach.
