Surrounded by numerous lakes, Dryden is in the centre of some of the best sports fishing in the world. Being located on Wabigoon Lake provides miles of fishing opportunities for walleye, northern pike, muskie, and smallmouth bass. The small resort community of Eagle River is located on Eagle Lake, west of Dryden. There you'll find a variety of housekeeping and American plan Packages. North of Dryden, you'll find great lakes such as Thaddeus, Ord and Moose Lakes. East of Dryden along Highway 17, are the small communities of Dinorwic and Wabigoon situated on Dinorwic and Wabigoon Lakes. Aaron Park is also located east of the City of Dryden. Upper and Lower Manitou Lakes are located south of Dryden and can only be reached by float plane.
