The Canada Games Complex features a 77-meter pool with a slide and diving tower, saunas & whirlpools, a weight room with three multi-training areas, a jogging track, 4 squash courts, specialty programming, change rooms, babysitting facilities and wheelchair-accessible feature. TThe Dryden Recreation Complex is a multi-purpose recreational facility which features an arena, pool with a waterslide, fitness centre, an indoor track as well as squash and racquetball courts. The Complex offers a variety of group exercise classes for all levels of fitness, scheduled hockey, skating sessions and public skating as well as a variety of other community-based athletic programming. The Complex also hosts a variety of Dryden's favourite events throughout the year, including Dryden's Annual Winter Festival and MooseFest.

The Moncrief Construction Sports Center features a variety of fitness and recreational facilities as well as many outstanding programs that are sure to keep you fit and connected with the community. The facility includes an aquatic centre housing 3 various size pools, a waterslide, hot tub and sauna, fitness centre, walking track, and arena. The aquatic centre if fully accessible, and open to all ages and swim levels. Looking to stay fit and have fun doing so? Check out the fitness centre and various fitness programs offered weekly. In addition to staying fit and having fun the centre has also developed a variety of fun programs for children of all ages and abilities. Located outside you will find baseball fields, a 14,000 square foot skateboard park, basketball and tennis courts and a boat launch onto Lake of the Woods.
