Ignace Outposts is located in the heart of Northwestern Ontario. It is a day’s drive from Chicago, Minneapolis or Milwaukee. Our fly-in camps have been carefully selected for their ample fishing opportunities, remoteness and intimate locations. Essentially we have some of the best remote fishing in Canada suited to walleye, northern, lake trout or smallmouth fishermen. Our carefully chosen lakes range from large to small. Some lakes offer great portaging and exploring opportunities, while others are well protected and solitary. Each location is unique.

- Cabin Rentals (Housekeeping): Our cabins are all lake front and have great views of the lake. We have hot and cold running water in our cabins and they are very comfortable.
- Outpost: At our outposts camps, when the sun sets, the only lights around are the moon, the stars and the lights you choose to turn on.
- Walleye: Metionga Lake offers walleye in abundance. There are five places on the lake where you can fish walleye in moving water.
- Northern Pike: Seseganaga Lake produces consistently and is one of the few lakes in Canada where 50 inch plus northern can still be found.
- Smallmouth Bass: Irene Lake is crystal clear, cold and deep. This lake produces excellent smallmouth bass fishing.
- Lake Trout: Lake trout and walleye are also above average in size on Seseganaga Lake. Most of the best fishing is just five miles from camp.
- Moose: Ignace Outposts offers one of the finest big game archery hunts available in North America.
